Great service. Let down slightly as the car entered with a warning low for tyre pressure. Got the car back & it was still there. This was disappointing as the simple task of inflating the tyres had been missed, I expect this to be checked every time

Impressive speed from BMW Assistance-recovery in just 20 mins! Wollaston's hospitality and taxi service were top-tier. The car wash was a nice touch, though the impact on my graphene finish and wiper sensors is a concern. Overall, 4.5/5.

I booked my car in for a repair Jan 20th headlight beam not dimming for oncoming traffic firstly told by service desk this was probably because that function is an optional extra!! it was then discovered it was faulty this took an hour.
