Nobody told me ahead of my appointment that the dealer's location had moved - I had to pull over and call to get directions. Nobody mentioned the service wash wasn't available - car was returned to me covered in greasy finger marks from the workshop.

Tyre pressure indicator showing all tyres were flat (they weren't) and engine systems warning light stayed on. Surely a pre handover check should have spotted this?

I am a repeat client there. I find that the attitude is often offhand and somewhat arrogant - as if they are doing me a favour by allowing me to spend my time and money there. Not positive or welcoming.

Communication and service was very good. Unfortunately when my car was delivered back to me, driver's seat was covered with crumbles an sugar. It was clean before it was collected in the morning.

Buying and servicing have been efficient. It would have been nice to have a courtesy car for my last visit because of the faulty sensor but it was not possible. Facilities in the garage for those who have to stay are ok.

Satisfied but a little disappointed that the break fluid change could not be completed due to bleed nipples being slightly corroded but could have tried to free them, I think allowances could be made on older classic models all round.

Since my car has been in every time we press the accelerator there is a noise whistling/leak sound not there prior to car going in. I called in and advised what was happening to be advised we have never heard of this happening after a repair!!!

Service agent dealing with me was very pleasant and time taken to complete work was good. The downside was the lack of care shown for interior of car. More is expected when dealing with a main BMW dealership. No seat or floor mat covers used.
