My car was was being checked for a r/h rear signal not working. I was quoted by Tayla £595 for replacement rear light plus £40 to replace a light sensor rod that was seized which was missed on a major service on the 20th of May.

Not impressed at all. I made calls, whereby the staff member wasn't available and was informed I would receive a call back. These never materialised with myself having to make follow up calls. After 2 to 4 hours I would get a call back.

After the car service the battery was flat so car needed to stay with you over the weekend. Also, it had not been cleaned properly so needed that doing again as well. I highly commend Stanley for his care and professionalism dealing with all this.

Tremendous problems with the booking in procedure and ended up being booked in by the Brackley garage, who then could not find any record of myself or the vehicle. Considered expensive for just a service, brake / engine oil + filters changes etc.

The lady at the welcome desk was overly keen. Closer to a guard dog than assistance. Then had to wait at the service desk to be served and then sit down at a desk. Too much faff for a simple visit. Wasn't even offered to help myself to a coffee.

I do not feel I received value for money. Servicing did not include diagnostic testing - I was quoted £180 for this. Other marques I have owned always began a service with diagnostics, but BMW did not feel £450 was sufficient to do this as well.

Very good customer service, this isn't new at Wollaston. Knowing that only OEM parts are used makes me come back after 17 years. The E46 has never stranded me. It does need some TLC after all this time and the complimentary health check shows it.
