My car had a problem with the windscreen washer system which was fixed. The foot sensor for the rear tailgate still has an intermittent fault and does not always work. I requested for sensor to be changed but Northampton garage did not change it.

The administrator I dealt with, Keeley was very efficient and very courteous. However, having had a new steering rack due to a recall. I was very disappointed to find that when I drove away, the car pulled to the left and had to return it.

My booking had been forgotten, so my car wasn't picked up until 2pm. A tyre was found to be unsafe, therefore you wouldn't return it back to me! You wouldn't issue me with a courtesy car, therefore I was picked up and I had to drive my unsafe car!!

Process to drop off and pick up was quick. However, I got my car washed for the first time at Wollaston and I can see very visible swirl marks on the overall car. I was expecting at least BMW centre to be careful with washing.

Tried to identify issue that I came in with, nothing was pointed out to be a problem. Car is driving fine still with the issue not returning. Reason for 4 stars only, screwdriver was left in the engine bay with the bonnet shut.

Really happy with the outcome. Had an issue with a faulty rain windscreen sensor. Very pleased that the dealership challenged BMW's original decision not to cover the cost as part of the warranty.

My drivers air bag was recently changed on my 3 series, it was replaced very efficiently in the allocated time. Some other issues were raised which I'm dealing with. A couple I didn't even know about. Thanks to the service team for identifying them.

Very organised, kept informed. Excellent. Only downside was that the Invoice received was way more than quoted without doing any additional work. Was ammended, but this shouldnt have happened

Unfortunately my visit to the centre was last minute, and not a booked appointment, so I'm putting down the bad service to this. Couldn't get a courtesy car, until my car had been in the garage for 3 days. The courtesy car I did get was filthy.

Car found to have nails in both rear tyres. Although not leaking air at the time of the service I would have expected a call prior to collecting the car to inform me of this. When I purchased the car I took tyre insurance out & see below.

The service was poorly managed. The recall couldn't be completed due to a missing part, unnecessary brake fluid work was carried out and charged, the promised complimentary wash wasn't done, and I now have to return for another visit.
